Mr. Atul Suresh Sonawane is an educator, technologist, entrepreneur, and social-impact leader dedicated to empowering individuals through education, innovation, and purpose-driven growth. Holding an M.Tech degree and serving as the Founder of HRIDAYA Group, he has built and led initiatives spanning education, technology, entrepreneurship, publishing, skill development, and social transformation.

Inspired by the philosophy of Ikigai, he believes that every individual possesses unique strengths, talents, and untapped potential. Through HRIDAYA INSTITUTE and the HRIDAYA Vidyadan mission, he actively mentors students, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs to discover their purpose, make informed career decisions, develop future-ready skills, and create meaningful impact in society.

His expertise spans career guidance, entrepreneurship development, AI and automation awareness, business consulting, leadership development, and personal transformation.
